Escape to New York

After New Year's we were sent to New York City

(by husbands who know that it is the land of the hip and hot, but not necessarily the age-appropriate)

for the weekend.

In the room there was a skinny mirror we had to be dragged away from,

and a bathroom with lighting like a movie set.

Lots of photos were taken,

and when we got home, it felt like we'd been gone forever.
